Our business partner is a holistic real estate management company, closely connected to one of the largest savings banks in the Rhineland region. The company's expertise covers a wide range of facility management services, with a special focus on the renovation and interior design of corporate branches. The comprehensive range of real estate management services offers solutions from A-Z: planning, execution, and management - the technical, infrastructural, and commercial solutions are coordinated to meet even the most demanding requirements. Together with a team of ten, you will take on the full project and construction management of building and renovation projects for the company's branches and properties, from Cologne city center to the Bergisches Land region.

Your extensive range of tasks:

  • You are responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of modernization and renovation projects for properties throughout the company's area of operation
  • You not only recognize energy-efficient solutions and sustainable concepts, but actively implement them to create a greener future
  • You are responsible for creating performance specifications for tenders and participating in procurement procedures
  • With your financial expertise, you are able to plan, manage, and monitor the costs of various projects. You keep all stakeholders informed and create transparency for well-founded decisions
  • With your coordination skills, you bring together internal and external service providers and technical experts to ensure a smooth project process
