Assistant Superintendent

RISE:

A Real Estate Company is currently looking for an experienced, results driven, service minded Assistant Superintendent to join our Construction team.

The Assistant Superintendent provides assistance with overall on-site field administration, trade partner supervision, and technical management for all construction management for all construction operations including direct supervision of trade and sub-contractors and other construction related personnel.


Licenses & Certifications:


  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Preferred:


  • OSHA 30 Hour
  • OSHA 10 Hour
  • Procore PM Fin Mgmt
  • Procore Precon Certified
  • Procore PM Core Tools
