JOB REQUIREMENTS

You Must Have:
-
One year of experience within the past two years of direct client care experience at a facility, hospital, or home health agency UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A NURSE _or have an active CNA certificate_.

  • Driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to and from work your own car
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Original Social Security card or INS authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check, driver's record check and drug test
  • Current TB test: skin test taken less than 12 months prior, chest xray taken less than five years prior
  • Ability to work either a Saturday or Sunday every week

$ increases for total care, couple care, shifts less than 8 hours in length, RN delegation.
