- Manage civil projects from start to finish
- Develop client relationships and exceed their expectations
- Lead all aspects of projects including cost control, staffing, and quality control
- Represent firm presence/image through involvement in state/regional professional associations
- Develop/initiate strategies to expand business in Michigan
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience with Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant modeling and design experience
- PE registration or ability to obtain within six months
- Experience with Funding and Review Agency
- Plant operations experience
- Established relationships with clients, such as Great Lakes Water Authority, Detroit Water and Sewage Department, local Municipalities and private sector entities
- Active in relevant professional organizations/societies
