Mid/senior level Associate Attorney - Project Finance

Location:
Denver or New York

An AM Law 200 firm has an opening for a highly qualified mid-to senior-level project finance and development attorney for its Denver/New York office.

6+ years of project finance experience at a major national or multinational law firm.
Expertise in credit and security paperwork, as well as diligence of large renewable and conventional power and energy projects.
Extensive experience running closings for project finance and acquisition (leveraged) finance transactions in power, energy and infrastructure, as well as related bid and commitment papers.
A combination of lender and sponsor side experience, including experience with tax equity financings and other financings for conventional power generation, renewable energy, and transportation infrastructure.
Prior experience with EEI, ISDA, and other comparable enabling documents

The starting base salary for this position is $390,000+ annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Pay:
$220, $390,000.00 per year
