We are looking for an _Inside Sales Representative_ to support our sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.


What You'll Do:


  • Understand and clearly communicate company product and service offering
  • Consistently meet and strive to improve quote turnaround times
  • Demonstrate ability to close deals through competitive bid packages
  • Collaborate with team to satisfy the weekly booking goal
  • Communicate with customers and report performance feedback for quotes of $5k and above within expected timeframe
  • Promote, sell, and/or utilize slow moving inventory raw material and finished goods
  • Source required materials from suppliers to ensure proper job costing and material margins
  • Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious, tactful manner
  • Process all paperwork

What is required?

  • Prior experience in fasteners or related products
  • Ability to read industry and company product specifications

Salary:


  • Base Salary (this is not a commission based role)
