We are looking for an _Inside Sales Representative_ to support our sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Understand and clearly communicate company product and service offering
- Consistently meet and strive to improve quote turnaround times
- Demonstrate ability to close deals through competitive bid packages
- Collaborate with team to satisfy the weekly booking goal
- Communicate with customers and report performance feedback for quotes of $5k and above within expected timeframe
- Promote, sell, and/or utilize slow moving inventory raw material and finished goods
- Source required materials from suppliers to ensure proper job costing and material margins
- Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious, tactful manner
- Process all paperwork

What is required?
- Prior experience in fasteners or related products
- Ability to read industry and company product specifications
Salary:
- Base Salary (this is not a commission based role)
