Your Responsibilities:
- Professional customer consultation and support in all matters related to service, repair technology, and costeffectiveness
- Processing of orders, invoicing, and managing customer accounts
- Advising customers on potential repairs, purchasing accessories, and service options
- Handling warranty and goodwill claims, as well as preparing cost estimates
- Inspecting completed work for quality and ensuring cleanliness of customer vehicles

Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or automotive technical training, or degree in business management or service advising qualification with relevant work experience in service advising/aftersales
- Strong social skills and communication abilities, as well as selfinitiative
- Customeroriented and costconscious thinking and acting
- High quality awareness, commitment, and reliability
- Valid driver's license (Class B or III)

Full-time, permanent

- 8hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
