    It is our vision to go forward committing ourselves to the formation of each student through the guiding principles of Catholic Faith, life-long excellence and responsible stewardship and enriching their talents to become creative independent thinkers, who love God, lead with purpose and serve others.

    Requirements / QualificationsREQUIREMENTS Practicing Catholic Minimum 5 years of teaching experience OR 3 years working at a non-profit organization in a leadership role A practitioner, advocate, and supporter of restorative practices in school education.

    Earned Master's Degree OR State Approved Teaching Credential Catechetical Certification to be completed by the first two years of leadershipQualified candidates should send a cover letter stating why they are interested in becoming the next leader at St.

    John Eudes School and a resume (including at least three references) to: Father Ethan Southard, Pastor, St.

    John Eudes Parish, APPLICATION DEADLINE:
    Open until the position is filled. The selected candidate must pass an employment background check and all required training and certifications.

    Rooted in a well-formed Catholic identity and grounded in a Catholic worldview.

    Enthusiastically practices collaborative visioning with the school board One who is an animator, who embraces Catholic school education and heralds it in the community.

    Practices critical reflection, and makes mission-driven and data-informed decisions. Demonstrates solid operational vitality for financial management and planning. Recruits and motivates faculty to achieve educational excellence. Assesses and adjusts, creates, and advances a collaborative culture. Prioritizes action items in order to achieve the organizational mission. Leads the school community in delivering the highest quality curriculum yielding academic successes and holistic achievements for all students. Values, engage, and communicates appropriately and effectively with all stakeholders in supporting programs and opportunities. Ensures students are seen as people whose intellectual growth is harmonized with spiritual, religious, emotional, and social development.
