Digitize the German medium-sized businesses with us as a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for payroll accounting - preferably at our location in Hamburg.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You conduct the
    monthly payroll accounting using SAP HCM, including
    maintenance of personnel master data:
  • and movement data as well as sick leave
  • You support with
    administrative tasks, such as creating certificates, maintaining electronic personnel files
  • You
    advise employees on all payrollrelated questions
  • You handle
    correspondence with employees, health insurance companies, authorities, etc.
  • You are responsible for the implementation of company pension schemes and the taxation of benefits in kind
  • You assist with the processing of
    reporting and certification procedures
