- Serve as champion of business operational excellence for the Service Engineering Leadership Team Manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office including rhythm of the business operations meeting preparation follow-ups communication and executive visits Support budget headcount management compliance planning tracking and remediation in partnership with the chief of staff Act as a liaison between executives and internal external stakeholders Attend key meetings take meeting notes with emphasis on action item capture who what by when drive follow ups Track email Slack correspondence and projects as directed Enable the team to prioritize act on what is the most impactful for our internal customers identify any roadblocks that might get in the way
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field e.g Finance Business Liberal Arts
