For the Control Technology department in our Network Management and Information Technology team, we are looking for an Engineer / Project Manager (m/f/d).

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and functionality of all IT systems and components in the control center environment. At the same time, you will lead interdisciplinary projects as part of the digitization of our power grids.

With your work, you will actively contribute to the energy transition in the Allgäu region. We offer you a crisis-proof job in an exciting environment. In our control center, we guarantee the highest possible availability of electricity supply for the Allgäu region and are actively working on the digitization of our power grid.

Tasks

  • Planning and operation of our control center environment in terms of hardware and software components
  • Participation in the creation of a secure system architecture environment
  • Participation in the hardware and software requirements management for the control center environment
  • Configuration of the control center environment
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring of the predictive network state calculation of our power grid, monitoring of forecast data in relation to decentralized feed-in
  • Participation in ensuring the necessary information security requirements
  • Project management for interdisciplinary topics
