How you can contribute:

Booking of incoming and outgoing goods
Order processing, customer support and service
Handling of clarification cases
Checking of invoices and service reports
Creation of invoices
Coordination of transports
Attending operational meetings and writing/sending the minutes to the customer
General office work

What you bring with you:

Completed commercial training, as well as professional experience in a similar position
Reliability, resilience, strong customer and process orientation
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of English in spoken and written form
