Your responsibilities

Develop and optimize product quality in one of the following areas: leisure, DIY, kitchen, multimedia, household, or home decor
Analyze customer feedback regarding complaints to further improve our products
Conduct market research and quality comparisons
Ensure quality standards are met
Specify and develop new innovations for your product group
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as testing agencies, purchasing, suppliers, quality assurance, and more

Your profile

Completed technical degree or equivalent vocational training with several years of professional experience
Prior experience in developing non-food products is an advantage
Strong technical understanding and persuasive communication skills
