Training as a Chef 2024 (m/f/d)

During your training, you will gain insight into various areas and acquire practical knowledge relevant to your profession:

Creating, preparing, and seasoning dishes

During your three-year training, you will get to know Schwarz Restaurantbetriebe and support the respective teams with their daily tasks.
Your vocational school lessons will take place in two vocational schools in block lessons. During the first half of your training, you will acquire knowledge about professional interaction with guests, kitchen and service areas, as well as office organization and inventory management at Peter-Bruckmann-Schule in Heilbronn. In the second part of your training, you will learn how to prepare and present dishes in an appealing way at Paul-Kerschensteiner-Schule in Bad Überkingen (boarding school stay).
