Our IT operations consist of nationwide data centers, over 700 servers, and a hybrid cloud infrastructure. This is where we keep all components and applications running smoothly, successfully supporting ROSSMANN's digital processes. Whether it's connecting our stores and logistics centers to our headquarters or providing systems, we always find the right concept to meet the needs of our departments. We also handle the equipment of workstations at our headquarters and various locations.

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for the operation and technical development of our Atlassian products Confluence and Jira
  • In IT operations, you will take charge of our Atlassian platform and its plug-ins, continuously optimizing them according to our ROSSMANN standards
  • You will also be responsible for implementing strategies and increasing efficiency in this product environment
  • You will develop tailored solution scenarios and be responsible for implementing customer requirements
  • You will also design operational processes and implement them within the ROSSMANN environment
  • You will support users in utilizing this tool landscape and conduct workshops to train employees

What you'll need

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable completed apprenticeship or several years of experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility
