    Description

    LHH is partnering with our valued client who is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with expertise in residential projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. The Senior Construction Project Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage expansive residential construction projects from inception to completion.
    • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure work meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
    • Proactively identify and address project risks and opportunities to achieve project objectives.
    • Serve as a mentor and leader to internal teams.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience managing multifamily residential construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • OSHA 10 certification.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm On-site

    Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 annually plus bonus
