- Monitorear la ejecución de actividades, asegurando que cada proyecto cumpla con las condiciones especificadas en la propuesta comercial aceptada por el cliente.
- Vigilar el progreso del proyecto, alertando de manera oportuna sobre desviaciones en los recursos asignados.
- Comunicar el progreso, riesgos y bloqueos a clientes y equipos internos.
- Actualizar indicadores clave del proyecto y fomentar su uso eficiente en los equipos.
- Coordinar reuniones, documentando acuerdos y compromisos.
- Nivel de Inglés conversacional ( B2 mínimo, mandatorio, no excluyente).
- Profesional Universitario.
- 3 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos tecnológicos (ágiles y tradicionales).
- Manejo de metodologías ágiles
- La certificación de Scrum y/o Product Owner es un plus.
- Certificación PMI (PMP o CAPM).
- Experiencia en Jira.
- Habilidad en la resolución de problemas (es un Must).
- Experiencia en proyectos Cloud AWS es un plus.
