Description

The ideal candidate will oversee mid-rise and high-rise plumbing projects from the bid award to completion. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for General Contractors/Architects/Engineers and the General Foreman onsite. You will attend onsite meetings, review plans, monitor material lists, keep schedules and monitor overall production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget, AIA billing, change orders, client communications
• Provide timely status reports to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing leadership experience (Foreman/General Foreman)
• Journeyman's license or equivalent or any combinations of education and experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills and other characteristics.
• Mid-Rise and/or High Rise experience is preferrable
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Plumbing knowledge and ability to interpret plans, order materials, take-offs, write RFI's, RFC's, delay letters etc..
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel and Word
