Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative


Responsibilities
- "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods, no door to door sales, leads are provided.

• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest development
• Proven sales experience
• Track record of overachieving quote
• Willing to learn new sales techniques
• Computer use competency
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and driven
• Highly developed organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set
• Ability to work Mon
• Fri: 8 am to 6 pm & two Saturdays per month: 8 am to 2 pm During the busy season only.
• Valid Drivers License
• Average first year income range: $45,000 $70,000 (Training Salary provided)
