Title Clerk:

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Title Clerk.

The Title Clerk is responsible for processing titles and registration for all new and used units sold at all Holiday World locations.

This position must ensure accuracy of customer information, as well verify completeness of documentation.

Responsibilities:

Verify data for accuracy.
Complete documents for titling.
Submit to the state via Webdealer.
Followup on all incoming titles.
Register factory warranties through our manufacturers.
Scan completed title work.

Required Skills/Abilities

Selfmotivated. Excellent time management and organization skills necessary.
Detail and taskoriented skills important.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail important.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
Previous dealership title experience a plus.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
