    Description
    Who we're looking for:
    • VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures + experience with beards + shaves
    • KNOWLEDGE - Interested in current trends, products, and services
    • TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station
    • UPBEAT - Professional and positive demeanor
    Our pay structure:Full Time (30+ hours/week)
    • Service Commission: Starting at 45%
    • Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
    • Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

    Qualifications
    • 1+ year of hair cutting experience
    • Texas State Barber License
    Compensation: $45, $95,000.00 per year
