Our pay structure:

Full Time (30+ hours/week)

  • Service Commission: Starting at 45%
Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank

  • Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
Part Time hours/week)

  • Service Commission: Starting at 40%
Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hair cutting experience
  • Texas State Barber License
