Your new tasks:

With your work, you set the course for the dedicated care work of your team. You ensure motivation and involvement of our residents for their self-determination and life satisfaction.

You plan, coordinate and manage all activities in the care department
Networking with other departments in the facility, especially with nursing and management
You ensure efficient organizational processes and optimal staffing
You plan and organize inhouse training and further education measures
You organize and design celebrations and public events
You participate in social counseling.
