Job summary
We are looking for a proven sales leader to take charge of our inside and outside sales operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on developing people, building customer-first cultures and driving business expansion at scale.You'll be responsible for overseeing and aligning both our Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams ensuring they operate as a unified high-performance force. From coaching team members to optimizing workflows your mission is to deliver growth consistency and exceptional service throughout every stage of the customer journey.
- Lead manage and inspire both inside and outside sales teams to meet exceed performance goals across key markets.
