We are partnered with the nation's largest retailers and we are actively searching for an individual who is just as passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences as we are The Event Sales Representative will engage directly with customers introducing them to exclusive products and offering customized plans fitted to their needs.

As an entry-level role, the Event Sales Representative will be equipped with comprehensive retail customer service training and resources to successfully perform responsibilities, maximize sales performance, and drive growth for our retail partners.

Event Sales Representative Requirements:


  • Identify appropriate prospects and guide them through the sales process
  • Possess indepth product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits related to customer needs
  • Achieve retail sales goals by following a defined sales and customer service process in accordance with our retail partner's policies
  • Ability to offer knowledgeable service recommendations that address customer needs
  • Welcome customers with a warm and inviting demeanor

Qualifications and Related Experience:


  • Displays aboveaverage communication skills
  • Availability to work retail hours
  • Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
  • Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industries
  • Motivated by hitting sales targets, deadlines, and achieving goals
