KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regarding the tasks of the property manager:_
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Resourcefulness in finding information or products for repairs and setup
  • Coordinating the renovation process
  • Managing the movein and moveout process and communicating with residents
  • Organizing various activities within the property (English language sessions, etc.)
  • Regarding the assistant tasks:_
  • Managing the CEO's calendar, including management of the CEO's important meetings/broadcasts
  • Handling both complex tasks (e.g., gathering and analyzing data for presentations) and simple daily errands
