    The Role:
    As a


    Food & Beverage Supervisor , you'll be instrumental in assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the front-of-house operations of all outlets, while maintaining brand standards and maximizing profitability.


    What You'll Do:
    Assist in the daily operations for all food and beverage outlets and banquets at both hotels.
    Ensure shift coverage for outlets, create staffing schedules, and implement cost controls.
    Conduct inventory, address guest feedback, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
    Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold cleanliness standards.
    Resolve guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude, collaborating with the team to meet guest requests.

    Your Skills and Style:
    You have a passion for delivering quality service in the Food & Beverage industry.
    Previous hospitality experience required, with a focus on guest service.
    Strong communication and attention to detail.
    Comfortable with technology and flexible with scheduling.
    Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm in all situations.
    High school diploma or equivalent required.
