    Description
    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for maintaining high quality guest interactions, delivery/running food, bussing tables and overall restaurant cleanliness. Maintain organization of expo area.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Prepare dining areas before guests are seated to include cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces.
    • Provide tableware and condiments for guests.
    • Serve water and refill beverages for the guest.
    • Taking orders to the table and delivering all items in a timely manner to the correct guest
    • Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
    • Provide special silverware sets to families with young children.
    • Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
    • Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
    • Cleaning and stocking items throughout the restaurant to include condiment stations.
    • Completing side work as directed by the supervisor.
    • Training and teaching other employees.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.
    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Previous experience in similar Job role preferred, but not required.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
    • Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.
    EDUCATION:

    High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

    PHYSICAL ABILITY:
    • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
    • Ability to carry and balance heavy food & beverage trays.
    • Continuous use of hands and arms
    • Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
    • Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards.
