Commercial Lender - Lumberton, United States - Bridge City Bank

Overview:
1) Minimum of 10 years experience in Commercial Lending. More specifically experience in commercial real estate, equipment and working capital lines of credit.

2) An existing commercial loan portfolio in Jefferson, Orange and/or Hardin County.

3) Strong sales abilities

Salary commensurate with experience. The position will provide health insurance, 401K, Deferred compensation plan and an auto allowance.


Duties:

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents to determine loan eligibility
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their financial needs
• Provide financial solutions and recommend appropriate loan products to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely loan processing
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act)
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively address any potential risks or issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in lending practices

Skills:

• Strong understanding of basic math principles and financial calculations
• Excellent knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures
• Proficient in contract analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with TILA regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and make informed decisions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loan processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Pay:
$80, $160,000.00 per year
