Qualifications:


  • Must have a college or University Degree
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage stressful situation while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
  • Detailoriented with a proactive and resourceful approach to problemsolving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and presentation required
  • Preferably someone who can speak Mandarin/Spanish and English
  • Houston, TX 77099: Relocate before starting work (required)

Responsibilities:


  • As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the business.
  • You will provide administrative assistance, manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and handle various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, and screen incoming communications.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for special events, conferences, and industry meetings attended by the CEO.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
