Responsibilities:

  • Quantity determination for cost estimation and work preparation
  • Onsite measurement including basic surveying tasks
  • Invoicing of construction projects in collaboration with the construction management and processing of invoices
  • Creating performance texts for additional services and their cost estimation
  • Preparing necessary documents for invoicing
  • Supporting the construction management, such as developing construction site concepts
  • Coordinating invoices with clients

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a construction draftsman, construction technician, master mason, civil engineer, or equivalent degree
  • Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in MS Office, VOB/C, and invoicing according to REB
  • Experience with invoicing and cost estimation programs
  • Selfmotivated, dedicated, and responsible work ethic
  • Willingness to work, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
