Job Summary:

The HR Operations Director oversees all HR operations within the organization, ensuring efficiency in executing HR functions. This role is crucial in supporting the organization's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR operations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • HR Process Management: Optimize HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, administration, benefits, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary reviews, and ensure competitive practices.
  • Employee Well-being: Promote initiatives for physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies for legal compliance and industry best practices.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Track and address employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • HR Technology and Systems: Optimize HRIS and HR software for streamlined operations.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage HR operations budget and resources effectively.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee relationships with HR service providers and vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications a plus.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles (10+ years).
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of employees.
  • Detail-oriented with strong facilitation and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Executive presence.
