Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our students. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment, implement educational programs, and provide guidance and support to students.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational strategies and initiatives
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment
• Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance or have special needs
• Foster a love for learning by incorporating interactive activities, projects, and discussions into lessons
• Stay updated on current educational practices and trends in order to continuously improve teaching methods

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and educational theories
• Experience working with children in a childcare or tutoring setting
• Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for supporting students with special needs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of different ages and backgrounds
• Organizational skills to effectively plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and assess student progress
• Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
