Occupational Therapist Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
Hold an unrestricted Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
Conduct in-home Occupational Therapy assessments for referred patients, delivering direct care to evaluate medical conditions, functional abilities, restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation.
Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation (familiarity with Hello Note preferred but not mandatory).
Current CPR Certification.
