    Occupational Therapist (OTR) Position Available Full Time or Contractor at a PACE Outpatient Facility in the Bronx, NY

    Responsibilities of Occupational Therapist:

    • Provide preventive services for individuals to maintain independence
    • Assess patient needs and develop care plans for Occupational Therapy Interventions
    • Collaborate with team members to set and assess patient goals
    • Instruct patients and caregivers on therapy program
    • Consult with multi-disciplinary team on therapy techniques
    • Monitor patient progress and report changes to team members
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Requirements for Occupational Therapist Role:

    • Master's Degree in occupational therapy
    • Strong organizational and written communication skills
    • Valid NY State OT license
    • New graduates welcome
