- Participate in the day-to-day clinical, task, and administrative supervision to Case Managers
- Assist in the training of new Case Managers as part of their onboarding process
- Supervise and educate staff members around advocacy, assessment, service planning, creating linkages/referrals and ongoing documentation and monitoring of Electronic Health Records
- Provide guidance on handling referrals or clients
- Assign incoming referrals to Case Management team for processing
- Ensure team is assigning clients to therapists in a timely manner while making sure all therapists have a reasonable caseload at all times
- Coordinate reassignment efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish
- MUST be able to travel to all clinics, weekly
- Completion of degree or diploma in social work or social services is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in patient intake or medical office administration
- Strong affinity for customer service
- 3 years of experience using an EHR system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of PSYCKES and EPACES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Maintains a positive attitude and is friendly, upbeat, and has a great "can do" personality
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about NYPCC's mission and values

The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Case Managers, ensuring incoming referrals and reassignments are processed in a timely fashion and in compliance with NYPCC and OMH regulatory policies.
