    Description

    My client operates in the financial services sector and is situated in midtown Manhattan. The primary focus of this position revolves around recruiting efforts for both entry-level and experienced professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for college and postgraduate candidates
    • Establish and nurture long-lasting partnerships with key academic institutions
    • Manage the coordination and implementation of on-campus and in-house recruiting activities such as interviews, career expos, presentations, and recruitment events
    • Collaborate with the HR Program Manager to develop and implement effective university talent acquisition strategies
    • Work in conjunction with the HR department to handle job offers, including verification of employment and references, start dates, and salary negotiations
    • Evaluate and determine the most effective and economical recruiting techniques

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree is a prerequisite
    • Prior experience in the financial services industry is desirable
    • 2-8 years of campus recruitment exposure, preferably in a dynamic setting
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment with a constructive approach

    The annual base salary for this role ranges from $80k to $120k. The final compensation offered to the selected candidate may deviate from the indicated range due to factors such as location, experience, education, and skill level. Specifics regarding eligibility for bonus remuneration (if applicable) will be clarified during the offer stage.
