    Senior Property Accountant needed - Remote/ Growing Real Estate Firm / Hybrid / Great bonus structure

Our core strategy revolves around purchasing and enhancing multifamily properties in need of improvements. We aim to supply high-quality rental housing through both conventional apartment communities and their Build For Rent single-family division.

    Our firm is looking for a Great Senior Accountant to join our growing team. We have a team made up of 20+ accounting individuals and looking to grow the team a bit more
    4+ years of real estate accounting experience (ideally residential/multifamily)
    A degree in accounting (this would be a requirement)
    Experienced with one of the larger accounting softwares (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, etc.)
