- Education: Bachelor's degree OR satisfactory completion of an accredited radiologic technology program and/or equivalent college level program.
- Experience: Has acquired experience and possesses capabilities as determined to be adequate by the Department Head.
- Certifications: Registered or registry eligible in OB-Gyn and Abdominal Sonography, with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
- Other: Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: This individual must be capable of: Manipulating Ultrasound equipment, including mobile and other equipment; evaluating ultrasound images; lifting, moving, and transporting patients; continual standing and walking; recognizing emergency situations; adapting to stressful situations; communicating effectively. Physical demands are attached plus push, pull and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 20 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.

Weekend Option Incentive $20/hr on top of base rate & shift differentials.
Overview:
Shift Schedule: 3, 8's or 2, 12's. Weekend position only which includes new hourly incentive.
Perform ultrasound procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to supply prescribed sonography examinations for radiographic diagnosis. Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Report to the Ultrasound Manager. Performs related duties as assigned.
