Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and control systems.
Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to coordinate service appointments and project timelines.
Complete service reports accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Proficient knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
EPA certification and relevant trade certifications preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
