Your tasks:

  • You will manage projects where we contact donors on behalf of our clients by phone to discuss further support options. No cold calling
  • You will manage telephone campaigns with a focus on customer and company goals.
  • You will supervise and motivate a team of approximately 25 employees. You will provide assistance, consult on scheduling, and keep an eye on the development of your team.
