We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at a top international freight forwarding company that specializes in the efficient and cost-effective transportation of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) worldwide.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our clients' FMCG shipments. You will be the main point of contact for our FMCG clients, providing them with expert guidance and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our company, FMCG clients, and carriers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Understand and explain complex international shipping regulations and procedures specific to FMCG products.
  • Create accurate and competitive quotes for FMCG shipments.
  • Manage and process FMCG shipment bookings, including customs clearance documentation.
  • Track shipments in real-time and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their specific needs.
