    High Level Mission StatementThe Mission of the Quality Organization is to enhance customer satistification by ensuring customer and internal quality goals are achieved with a mindset of continuous improvements.

    High Level Statement of the RoleThe Associate Quality Engineer is an entry level for a QE role and is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to continuously improve the quality results including:
    driving corrective action activities, quality reporting and pursuing continuous improvement. Improvements must be quantifiable in terms agreed to by with leadership.

    FQA & IPI ResultsMeeting of IPC StandardsOPEX MetricsWIP reductionsNew Product DeploymentsHigh Level Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist QE & SQE in issue resolution and carrying out of actions.

    Involved in Code One review and resolutionAid in Customer CAPA completionHelp QE in PFMEA, Control Plan, IQ, OQ, PQ documentation.

    Assist with Six Sigma GB and BB teamsAssist with quality plans for new product introductionProvide Customer interface, primarily on mature products.

    Provide approval for work setup First ArticlesProvide IPC technical support to Eng.

    Operations & Inspectors(FQA & IPI)Conduct Internal QMS AuditsConduct Layered Process AuditsConduct 5S AuditsComplete daily / monthly internal quality tracking dataInvolvement with QIP Process ImprovementsComplete Lean and Six Sigma Projects (Target minimum of 2 projects per year)Other duties assignedEssential Job FunctionsThe specific responsibilities listed above are essential to the role.
