Your tasks with us

Requirements engineering and application management - you analyze, optimize, and specify business processes and IT systems
Supporting our customers in the conception and implementation of ECM/DMS solutions
Managing customer projects in time and budget
Creating concepts, specifications, and documentation
Training customers and presenting our solutions
Assisting our support team with customer care
Working closely with sales to answer complex technical questions from customers

You and your skills

You have it - technical understanding and a passion for real business software and the right IT systems
You enjoy analyzing and optimizing processes
You have a basic understanding of business processes
You can read and write Java, preferably object-oriented
You are also familiar with database development, data modeling, and SQL
You know what it takes to implement software systems and manage complete IT projects, and some experience in application development would be great
Maybe you have studied something relevant, such as computer science or business informatics
