Site Superintendent

• Commercial/ Site Concrete
• The Site Superintendent is responsible for leading projects from the field from start to finish. This position works closely with the Project Manager and C3 Environmental project team to ensure and maintain the safety and schedule of each project.

Duties include:

• Perform daily reports and monitor day to day work activities for production and schedule tracking
• Work closely with project management to create RFIs, Change Orders, scheduling, and any other correspondence to maintain the schedule and quality of our scope of work
• Will need extensive knowledge of plans, layout, grades
• Must communicate well with onsite superintendent and crews as well as vendors and suppliers
• Strong written and verbal skills to maintain communication with crews and other trades onsite
• Accurately track and report counts of materials, labor, and equipment needed and used onsite
• Review and understand plans and specifications
• A professional and courteous outlook with good customer service
• Computer Skills to include: Microsoft Office, Excel, word, MS Project, Sage Contractor 100, Planswift and other scheduling software
• OSHA 10 and 30 Certifications
• Pay is based on Experience
