Falkner is looking for a Dispatcher in the Late Dispatch department (m/f/d) at our location in Düsseldorf.

Your mission:

Accepting orders via phone, email, and online
Customer service (creating offers, tracking shipments, handling complaints, etc.)
Independently and resultsoriented planning of pickup orders
Organizing and managing the late dispatch process
Working the evening shift with the possibility of shift changes
General administrative tasks and duties using computer applications

Your superpowers:

You have previous experience in the courier, express, and parcel (CEP) industry (desirable, but also open to career changers)
You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility within a team
You have excellent communication skills and are customeroriented
You are proficient in using computer applications and have good organizational skills
