We are seeking a Box Office / Customer Service Representative to assist in the day-to-day customer experience at The Belfry Music Theatre.

Your mission will be to provide the best experience and impression for our patrons, partners, and prospective guests If you love working with guests and exceeding guest expectations, this is the job for you


As a Box Office / Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Providing quality guest services.
• Understanding guest service needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Resolving customer complaints.
• Handling all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism.
• Developing relationships with return guests, group contacts, and other guests.

We will greatly value your:

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Bubbly personality and willingness to go above and beyond to take care of the business.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Fluency in English speaking and writing.
• Ability to use a computer and learn new programs

Part-time


Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
