- Membership Acquisition: Identify and attract potential new members and Brand Ambassadors through outreach and networking events. Develop strategies to grow our membership base.
- Retention Strategy: Enhance member satisfaction and loyalty through initiatives and personalized support.
- Community Engagement: Be a resource on Dîner en Noir, participate in community events, and recruit partners for collaborations.
- Sales and Marketing: Create marketing campaigns and collaborate on content to attract and engage members.
- Collaboration: Work with other team members and executives to meet organizational goals and support events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in event production, sales, or membership management.
- Strong knowledge of the local community and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.

- Up to $3,500.00 per annual Signature Event, paid in 3 installments.
- 25% of revenue from weekly/monthly Salon Events.
