Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our fitness center/tennis/pickle ball operations The General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of employees, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the retail store
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management of related products
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail sales role
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent sales and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay:
$67, $74,309.00 per year


Experience level:

  • 5 years

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Work Location:
In person
