Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our fitness center/tennis/pickle ball operations The General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of employees, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage daytoday operations of the retail store
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management of related products
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail sales role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
Pay:
$67, $74,309.00 per year
Experience level:
- 5 years
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
