Stealth Partner Group an Amwins Group Company is looking for an ambitious Lead Premium Specialist who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization.

The Lead Premium Specialist is responsible for leading the day-to-day tasks of their assigned team while maintaining, building, and fostering a positive work experience.

The Lead Premium Specialist will work under the supervision of the Premium Accounting Manager and will deliver on the Finance Operations commitment of completing timely and accurate premium case build, bind and quality control (QC) processes.


This position is located in Scottsdale, AZ and will be an in-office position with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a collaborative liaison between your team and the Processing Manager, providing regular updates, insights, and working jointly to address issues and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the Premium Accounting Manager and Director to analyze existing systems, ensuring that current build, bind & QC needs are met, while planning for necessary future modifications, improvements, and internal controls.
  • Maintain team efficiency systems in accordance with evolving company needs and technological improvements, while ensuring operational procedures are followed and assigned tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Update team process manuals and documentation in collaboration with the Finance Operations Trainer as process improvements are implemented.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Operations Trainer to facilitate new hire and ongoing team member training.
  • Work with manager to plan, prioritize and delegate daytoday workload for assigned team.
  • Support the Premium Accounting Manager in achieving the set team objectives.
  • Serve as a resource lead for assigned team to help guide team members through problem solving, process updates, and technology changes.
  • Encourage analytical problemsolving and attention to detail among team members.
  • Foster a team culture of collaboration, accountability, positive mindset, and diligence while valuing and accepting unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
  • Promote crossfunctional department collaboration.
  • Ensure all carrier and broker requirements are met for accurate builds, binds and reviews.
  • Adhere to accounting policies, controls and procedures and accounting filing system.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications include:
  • 1+ years of Accounting or Finance experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have great emotional intelligence, selfawareness and be an incredible team player with an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to explain technical information in understandable language to nontechnical employees.
  • College degree and 2 to 3 years of equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • 1 3 years of strong leadership and/or management experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in the insurance industry or within Premium Accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Has Stellar communication skills both written and verbally, with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to multitask and actively manage and prioritize workload in a highvolume environment
  • Ability to develop, implement, and assess performance metrics.
